We want you to love your fashion finds from PSD, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
